Biographie: Christopher belongs to the second generation of Swiss DJs. For nearly ten years now he has devoted himself to the cause of vocal house music, after having made his first steps into the
world of mixing and djing with the help of David Lozada, the New York DJ he had met at Sound Factory Bar, the legendary club whose residents were Little Louie Vega, Frankie Knuckles and David De Pino (of Paradise Garage fame).
It didn’t take him long to get noticed by several people influential in the club scene of the Romandie; he quickly became a resident of the "Métissages" house music braodcast on Couleur 3 (National Radio). Alex Herkommer, promoter of the infamous Jungle and Trixx parties, gave him the opportunity to play for him regularly.
Gradually, he worked his way up to play at parties like Parallèles Evènements in Geneva, Angels and Katakombe in Zurich as well as the house floors of several larger "ravy" events.
He has played most major house music clubs in Switzerland including Take 5 in Biel/Bienne, Kaufleuten in Zurich, D! Club and MAD in Lausanne and Bypass in Geneva.
Christopher’s musical style is and always has been 100% New York garage house with disco, afro, funky and latin influences. Inspired by DJs like Stephan Mandrax, CJ Mackintosh, Roger Sanchez and most of all Little Louie Vega, he has moved among the cream of the crop of house music DJs and producers since the long bygone era of the Grillon RNK in Geneva.
Additionally, he as also documented his taste for quality music as a record reviewer for magazines like Party News and Partisan.
He is definitely a DJ who likes to discover new sounds and mix them together with classics like Lil Louis, Ten City, Robert Owens, Fingers Inc. or Kerri Chandler.
