Vollständig: Strictly would like to introduce you to our newest affiliate label, Recreational Riot with their debut release from NFiftyFive Ft. Bobbie Gordon. Bring on The Night is a lyrically fitting tribute to the art of clubbing as the chorus proclaims ‘bring on the night, I couldn’t stand another hour of daylight’… A song penned some 32 years ago by Sting which featured on the ‘Regatta De Blanc’ album by The Police. This epic cover of the classic single ‘Bring On The Night’ is made all the more potent and possibly the more relevant by this powerful new electronic version.

Produced by NFiftyFive, a young London based production duo consisting of Last Japan & Luke Oldham. Last Japan -‐ the 22 year old beats and bass wizard who has already enjoyed heavy support at BBC Radio One on his solo material from the likes of Gilles Peterson, Rob Da Bank, Kissy Sell Out and MistaJam alongside the seminal Dance station Kiss FM -‐ championed by Logan Sama and Sinden to name a few. Duo member No.2 is Luke Oldham, again 22, has the sound of a seasoned producer even though only just recently graduating with honours from the Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford and is already writing for an array of Artists from Charlie XCX to Wheatus and Modestep. In contrast to the 1979 original, a female voice was chosen here and those Vocals belong to Bobbie Gordon who has spent the last 6 months touring with Adele and is a permanent member of the Noisettes. Her tones are akin to Minnie Ripperton which deliver a much need quirky injection into a diva filled market place..
