Chuckie: BBC Radio 1 announcement and tour

Vollständig: Chuckie has been announced to the ever - evolving line up of BBC Radio 1’s In New DJ’s We Trust (INDWT) show.

From Thursday 27th January 2011 (Thursdays, 9pm-10pm) Chuckie will be joining other new recruits Skream & Benga alongside regular DJs on rotation Jaymo & Andy George, Toddla T and Heidi in the slot that brings together the most innovative, exciting and talented DJ’S and gives them a one hour showcase to play the best new dance music.

Chuckie comes to Radio 1 as the figurehead of the new Dutch house movement. An international DJ and producer, he has played across the world and has amassed a huge following with his Dirty House sound. So far in his career Chuckie has claimed many accolades including winning two MOBO awards in 2004 and 2005 and recently receiving the TMF ‘Best Dance DJ’ award where he beat off competition from the likes of Dutch heavyweights Tiesto and Armin Van Buuren.
